Then here is your printer. Light, not too bulky with easily changeable ink cartridges this thing was so simple even a technology luddite such as myself got it up and running with no dramas and it's lasted well over twelve months now without a hitch.
I don't need a printer that can print 500 pages of a thesis. Nor do I need professional/dark room quality prints. The fact that it won't make me coffee, service my car or get my ex-wife to stop nagging me are not problems for me as my needs are outlined in my first four sentences. And while the way the printed page ejects on top of the feedtray is a little different this has never really been an issue as I'm only printing a few pages at a time anyway. And being HP the availability of ink cartridges is not a problem and hey, for the price, if it ever does bite the bullet then I'll probably figure I got my moneys worth out of it and just grab another one.
